  Food is good when properly cooked but boyfriends food was not cooked all the way and he got sick off of it and then they gave me expired cupons to make up for it. Not worth going back to!

  11/01/16 UPDATE: Gave them another chance this morning. Coffee was almost out, but at least it was hot. I ordered a #22 sandwich only with sausage on a jalepeno biscut. Waited waaaaay to long to get it, and then when I opened it up at the office, they gave me the meal (their hash browns are nasty), and it had bacon. Really? It isn't that difficult people. And, to add insult to injury, they didn't see fit to throw any napkins in the bag. Unfortunate since everything was grease-soaked. Guess I'll knock off one more star, and give them another 6 months to see if they replace the management and retrain the staff. C'Mon guys, McDonald's is right next door. Not like people don't have options, right?
  
  I like Whataburger, and I really want this one to be good. Like another reviewer said, there's a management issues at this one. I come in a few mornings a week for coffee, and there is never anyone staffed at the front counter, and no one in back is paying attention. I sometimes need to wander into the back to get someone's attention to get waited on. This is a management problem. Clearly, they've decided not staff the front counter for breakfast. Please station someone there full time to wait on guests. It's a huge turn off to have to seek out someone to take your order. Also, attention to the front coffee area is lacking. At least half the time, the coffee is out, there is no creamer, etc. These are all small, easy to correct issues that will go a long way towards customer satisfaction. So, in review; staff the front counter ALL the time, and make sure there is plenty of fresh, hot coffee available. C'Mon guys, McDonald's is right next door. Not like people don't have options, right?

  Always busy but they get it done pretty fast. Always great interaction with the staff. The cashier Jarrett (I think was his name) was helpful as I had people text me there order and I was slightly confused. Awesome place, and staff.

  I come here often but the most recent time was worthy of a review. I was here a full ten minutes with no one in front of me before anyone even noticed my existence.
