    Their pizza is ALWAYS good. But yesterday we ordered a pizza that the manager claimed "just wasn't made good enough." She insisted on making us another while giving us the other pie for FREE. We love this place.

    You want to remember for a long time what bad pizza is. Go to Jims Pizza. Stopped for a quick pizza not wanting to drive far. Well real bad decision. Never again. Wasted my money.

    About the food quality or service staff, I cannot truly attest; but I did speak with a kind man via cellular phone (Mister Victor) who was extremely polite as well as pleasantly courteous in customer service, even though I was not an actual patron but looking up personal information for resume reasons.
